The volunteers will need to be able to report to the fairgrounds at 7:00 a.m. to have moulage (or makeup) applied that will simulate various injuries. Volunteers are encouraged to wear old clothing which can be cut or torn to enhance the appearance that the person has been involved in an accident. Volunteers may also wish to bring a change of clothing since some will be asked to pass through a water spray during a decontamination simulation. At 8:30 a.m., the volunteer “victims” will be placed in locations at the simulated crash scene, with the exercise beginning at 9:00 a.m. The exercise will conclude by noon. All volunteer “victims” will be treated to a free, catered meal at the Kiowa County Community following the exercise.
